Ladies who lift! Suggestions for gloves?
Hey gals! I've been heavy lifting for about two months now and I would really like to get some good gloves. I love to lift but I don't love the abuse on my hands. I am in marketing and shake hands a lot. lol Anyone have any that they love?

Am I doing too much?
Right now I'm lifting heavy Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Doing an hour of Zumba, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. I'm thinking about swaping out a zumba for an hour yoga class. Why do you work out?
I see a lot of people talking about how they've lost weight by just cutting calories and not working out. I love to work out, and for me, it feels like a part of a healthier lifestyle. My question is "Why do you work out?" or "Why don't you?"
