elliptical or exercise bike
I seem to have worn out my 2 in 1 elliptical/exercise bike, and am looking at getting a new machine with programs so can get more from the work out. Can anyone recommend weather to get an exercise bike or elliptical - can't afford a 2 in 1 with programs. Thanks

Distance measurement on exercise bike
I can't find anything written on my bike to say if the distance is measured in either km or miles so thought I'd put out there what I have just done on the bike and see what you think!!! Changed scales.....
I went out and brought some new scales as was finding it difficult to read the old ones. My new scales are weighing me at 6-7lbs heavier than the old ones :grumble: Do I change all my weights on mfp to the new scale or adjust the weight from my new scales to agree with the old ones?:noway:

I have just completed 30mins of the powerhouse pilates dvd, but can not find pilates in the exercise database - what should I enter it under - yoga? Thank you

Walking Calories
Bit of a weird question - I have just spent the day at a theme park with my children walking up and down hills pushing a buggy for about 2.5/3 hours. How would I work out how many calories I have burnt from doing this? Thanks

Alternate exercising
I have been doing 20 minutes everyday on my bike as well as some light weights and walking. I have now got my rowing machine out of storage and have just done 5 minutes on it. :flowerforyou: Should I do the rowing machine and the bike or alternate them on different days?

Pregnancy and calorie counting
My friend has just found out that she is expecting :bigsmile: and wants to make sure that she doesn't put on as much weight as she did last time. Can anyone help please, by advising how many calories she should be looking at ie to eat whilst pregnant, so to try to avoid any excess weight gain? Many thanks in advance
