Can I count this as water?
I've been drinking the Clear American Sparkling Waters that Walmart/Sam's sells. It is a 33.8oz bottle. Has no calories, no fat, no sugar, etc. I drink one bottle over the course of 4 days, so about 8oz a day. Can I count that towards my water intake? I struggle to drink enough...of anything.
