I've been drinking the Clear American Sparkling Waters that Walmart/Sam's sells. It is a 33.8oz bottle. Has no calories, no fat, no sugar, etc. I drink one bottle over the course of 4 days, so about 8oz a day. Can I count that towards my water intake?
I struggle to drink enough...of anything.

Of course, bubble or no bubbles it's water.
Other beverages also count towards your daily fluid intake (don't fixate on water - it's good, has zero cal etc etc) suc as juices, tea, coffee etc. Most foods, like our bodies, are mostly water (an apple is about 70% water)
Judge your state of hydration by the colour of your urine - it should be light to almost clear. If you're exercising heavily in hot weather drinking extra fluids becomes more important.0
