Missing things in my diet
I never ever ever eat vegetables (except potatoes). Does anyone know if this is effecting my weight loss goal?

Weight differences from night to day.
I wake up in the morning and I weigh 158 pounds, and then I weigh again around 9pm and I weigh 162. I keep thinking I'm losing weight when it just is that I weigh less in the morning than I do in the night time. Any ideas on how I can keep my weight more centered?

Vegetables YUCK!
I'm a really picky eater, and I happen to hate vegetables the most! I know that I need them to stay healthy? Anyone know a alternative?

Cheat Days?
I heard of some people letting themselves have one cheat day a week. To be honest I'm not very far in on my weight loss, and I am afraid of gaining all the weight I loss back if I gave myself a cheat day. What does everyone think? Cheat or ALWAYS stick to the plan day in day out?

Logging exercises?
I use a lot of exercise videos to work out, they're usually a mixture of cardio and strength I'm not sure how to log them as exercise in my diary. These videos include: Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, p90x, and the Tiffany Rothe fitness videos.

19 looking to lose 40lbs
I'm really short, and just don't feel right carrying around all of this extra weight. I was around 120 for years and years, but after I started taking a birth control shot I gained 40 pounds.
