Missing things in my diet

I never ever ever eat vegetables (except potatoes). Does anyone know if this is effecting my weight loss goal?

Potatoes are a starch - I wouldn't really count them as a veggie. Your diary is closed so I don't know what else you're eating, but I'd guess yes, this could affect your goals. You have to eat healthy to be healthy.0
