Logging exercises?

I use a lot of exercise videos to work out, they're usually a mixture of cardio and strength I'm not sure how to log them as exercise in my diary.

These videos include: Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, p90x, and the Tiffany Rothe fitness videos.

    I used circuit training/general. It was pretty close to my hrm.

    I usually log Jillian as Circuit training because she is a combination of strength, cardio & abs. I also like to use the Turbo Jam DVD's so those I log as either strength training or kickboxing depending on which one I do that night. I found that the calories are very close to what I log with my Fitbit. :flowerforyou:
