19 looking to lose 40lbs

I'm really short, and just don't feel right carrying around all of this extra weight. I was around 120 for years and years, but after I started taking a birth control shot I gained 40 pounds. I'm wanting to go back to my original weight and keep it off. Anyone who would like some support in turn for some extra support that I need is well needed! Thank you :)

    Well congratulations on deciding to make a change! I'm 21 and looking to lose a total of 100 pounds in the long run, so I'm on a bit of a different journey. Good luck with everything, I hope you do well :)
