Cottage Cheese Lovers
I've always limited my cottage cheese intake because of the higher sodium amounts....until today. At Whole Foods I found a brand called Friendship that makes a no salt added cottage cheese. Per 1/2 cup serving it has 16 grams of protein (the highest I've seen) and only 60mg of sodium. It's actually pretty good.

Salmon Question
Quick question, ate lunch today at a local place called Piada's. I had a double salmon salad which is 7 ounces of salmon.......They list the nutritional value at 146 Calories, 8 Grams of fat and 16 grams of protein. Crazy bloated
Can anyone give me insight after looking at my food diary on why I might be bloated in the mornings? Some days are worse than others......Sunday I was not bloated at all and felt great. Yesterday and today I feel real bloated.
