Quick question, ate lunch today at a local place called Piada's. I had a double salmon salad which is 7 ounces of salmon.......They list the nutritional value at 146 Calories, 8 Grams of fat and 16 grams of protein. Those numbers don't seem to match up with 7 ounces of atlantic grilled salmon. I would expect higher calories, higher fat and higher protein......I thought atlantic salmon was atlantic salmon in terms of nutritional value?

Yeah, that doesn't really sound accurate for salmon. That sounds like a 3 ounce serving of the fish. But I'm no expert...maybe search more online?

Try looking through the calorie content in some of the examples here:

Was it 2 servings of salad in the salad? I've had that happen before! I don't know of any salmon that would allow you 7 oz for that calorie/protein/fat allottment.

Thanks guys....looks like it's wrong. Just making sure there wasn't some type of low protein, low calorie salmon out there that I'm not aware of.
