I've always limited my cottage cheese intake because of the higher sodium amounts....until today.
At Whole Foods I found a brand called Friendship that makes a no salt added cottage cheese. Per 1/2 cup serving it has 16 grams of protein (the highest I've seen) and only 60mg of sodium. It's actually pretty good.

Thanks for this info… I’ll be making a trip to my local Whole Food this weekend.
I don’t know how you eat your cottage cheese… but I take about a ½ cup, mix it with some salsa and eat it just like that. It may not sound good to some, but it’s delish!!! Trust me…0 -
This is what I've been buying too. I wish there were more low salt options!0
