This is a little silly but have you guys every noticed that corn comes out very much like it went in so why do we count them as totaly digested when we add them to our food. Dizzy after using the treadmill
I sometimes walk on the treadmill at the gym only 30 minutes on cardio program when I am done I feel very dizzy and disorientated. Has anyone got any tips for fixing this...? BTW I sometime watch tv and some time just stare at the controls I get the same symptoms

Which body fat calculator is the best - Help - really
Hi - I used the same measurements in 3 different calculators Fat 2 Fit = 28% Covert Bailey = 33.3% Military = 46.9% they average at 36% Does anyone have a better one they could recommend or comment which or these is most accurate?

I am so fat I hate my picture being taken! My husband has started taking secret photos (mostly from behind) which is even worse in a way - All I see is this huge person it is not the person I think I am. I have lost some weight already and I WILL lose the rest but right now I pretty much hate myself.

I went on vacation and put on 1.5 lbs
Please say something to cheer me up? I thought I was keeping up my efforts quite well. It is not fair that it takes me weeks to loose 1.5 lbs and only ONE to put it on!

Does anyone else buy smaller jeans
than they can get into? I do this to motivate myself every day they pull on further and further until I can pull them up then the button gets closer and closer to fastening until one day I can fasten them - no breathing allowed then I can walk in them move in them actually wear them.... buy the next size down

23% or 35% body fat????
I just did some numbers where based on my % body fat I think my goal may be too ambitious - I have a goal of 145llbs right now but that would 23% body fat - the upper limt is 35% = 162llbs - Any hints or advice for me

metabolism slows even with excercise

Hanging here for awhile - I thought I would say hi
I was diagnosed with diabetes in April and started to diet and work out - the 2nd week in to it I fell and broke my knee so no working out for me! So I have lost a slow (it seems slow to me) 21lbs without much excerise. I can finally work out so I hoping that this will speed up my weight loss - we will see :)
