I was diagnosed with diabetes in April and started to diet and work out - the 2nd week in to it I fell and broke my knee so no working out for me! So I have lost a slow (it seems slow to me) 21lbs without much excerise.
I can finally work out so I hoping that this will speed up my weight loss - we will see

Holy cow -- 21 pounds in 10-12 weeks! Actually, that's GREAT weight loss in that amount of time, especially without really being able to work out! Good job! Glad to hear you're healing up fine and can start working out again. Start up slow and careful, and there's no doubt you'll keep progressing until you hit that goal weight.
Good luck, and feel free to send me a friend request if you're looking for MFPals. Best wishes to you!0 -
Thanks for the boost! I would be so happy to only have 10lb to go like you - fantasic job!0
