752 miles to goal weight?
Okay just a thought. 3500 for each pound I want to lose. about 42 lbs to lose right now the tread mils and tables tell me I burn 200cal for each mile I run. 3500*42/200=753.

blood blister
Every time I try a max weight Deadlift I get a small blood blister in the joint at the base of my ring finger. It only lasts 5 minutes and than it goes away. Anyone else get tis type of thing? The joint is pushed back a bit as I broke that hand a once.

treadmill high speed watching
So I see this every once in awhile and do not understand it. people get on a tread mill and ramp it up to a very high speed. Then they step on to the sides and watch it run fast as they rest. Than they jump on it and run for a minute or two. Step on to the sides and let it spin somemore... Why would you not ramp the speed…

"Last fat on is first fat off" true?
I've always belived that the fat comes off in about the same order as I put it on. Is that true for you? I can sort of recall the order in which part stated getting bigger and that seems to be the order in whichthey are getting smaller.
