    Slow and steady. 2lbs a week or less it slowly comes off. I am learning to stay with the new way of eating . You can make it.

    That's a fantastic amount of weight to have lost. Congratulations on your success so far and for no longer being considered obese. I just hit that milestone recently myself and I'm still over the moon about it! I haven't been here in years and years and years, and it feels amazing.
