Hi there! I recently started a heavy lifting routine and I was wondering what those of you who have lost weight with heavy lifting are eating. I am hungry all the time and try to start each day with a protein shake. Are you eating carbs? I am building muscle but not losing fat :( TIA

LADIES - Gluten Free the end to PMS????
Ladies - I have been experimenting with GF eating and have had NO PMS symptoms and I am usually a crazy person with all PMS symptoms on a severe level for 10 days before my period. Has anyone else experienced this or is this a fluke? I will gladly give up gluten if this is true!

Exercise perfect but my diet sucks!!
Will I still get benefits from the exercise? I'm doing JMBR and have not missed a workout in the first month and plan to keep going. I just can't get my diet trimmed down - it's pretty clean just WAY TO MUCH FOOD! And of course there is red wine :) any suggestions ? thanks

Week 2 and my fat pants are falling down!
I haven't lost a any weight on the scale but my fat pants are falling down everytime I walk around at work today! JMBR is working for me! Just gotta stay with it! I am not following her diet but keeping my calories around 1300 everyday! I am trying to lose about 13 pounds and get back in shape again!
