I'm never going to get thin!
I go to the gym 5 times a week and cycle to work and back and nothing is happening! I feel so discouraged by it all. I'm aware it's probably because I don't have the cleanest diet, but I don't eat fast food or fizzy drinks/soda and I stick to my calories and there's still no difference! Sob.

BMR Confusion
I just used the tool on here to calculate my BMR, which came to 1295. My calories are set at 1200, but I tend to burn around 300 - 550 a day through exercise, all of which I eat back. I therefore have hardly any deficit calories. Does this mean I won't lose weight / it'll be harder for me to lose weight? Should I be eating…
