Hi! I'm MK and signed up at MFP this week at the recommendation of a friend. I'm interested in getting back to fit, but need to lose the weight that children, turning 40 and inertia helped me put on! It's amazing what you learn by simply writing down what you eat. I've lost a pound so far - wish me luck with the rest!
