Calculating calories is oatmeal

Hi Everyone!

I am looking at the Quaker Oats box and wondering if the calories listed there are just the oats themselves, or prepared? Does anyone know?

Quaker 1 minute oats are 150 calories for 1/2 cup (40 g) dry so it would be unprepared
