Cooking with olive oil

Hi, All.
Tonight I grilled tilapia with olive oil. When writing down the calories, do I use the amount of olive oil I used while preparing as part of my entry?
Thanks,
MK

Depends on how much you used. I use a Misto sprayer so I rarely record that as the amount is minimal. If I pour a tsp or tbsp in a pan and fry something then that is a considerable amount of calories so I track that.0
