Need some help with this. My daily calorie intake is around 1400, MFP recommends me to eat around 1700. I do exercie 6 times a week and I would love to add a cardio 3 times a week on top my Body revolution. Cardio day- extra workout ?
I did my Cardio 1 today and I only burned like 235 calories in 25 minutes, I kind of think that it isn't much compared to other days. Do you guys do an extra workout on cardio day ? Thanks
