Hi,
Since January I completed T25 and now I'm on week 6 of Insanity Max 30. I had one week off in between t25 and Insanity. I'm thinking to have a break and do round two of Insanity. My question is should I have one week or two weeks off to start a new program again?
I am sore every single day since January and my knees hurt when I wake up. I'm afraid if i have longer break I might not come back to it or it will be very difficult... What to guys think ? I'm 34 years , 174 cm and 81 kg if it makes any difference .

Oh my off (deload) weeks I pick active rest programming that is far different from powerlifting. If I don't do Crossfit, I'll mobilize and walk, or I'll do Yoga.
Since you're sore, you might want to do yoga, some easy walking, or mobilize a few times a week.1
