ACCURATE SCALES
My scales varied 3 lbs this morning in a matter of 60 seconds. They are digital and I dont believe they are accurate. What is a good, accurate brand to buy?

Sorry to ask this here but I am not getting any answers in Tech Support. Can anyone tell me how to fix this. My daily goal is 1200 calories and thats what it says on my home page. Yet on my daily food diary it shows my goal as 1388??

A short five foot and a size 8 - 10 ????
Not sure where I want to be in a year from now. Is there anyone here that is approx FIVE ft tall and say a size 8 or 10 with pics? Just wondering what that size looks like on a short person.

According to Fat 2 Fit website I need more calories and I have been stalling so I think I will try it for a week. Does anyone know how to manually change it here?

I just started the 30 day shred. I dont have a HMR is there any way to know how many cals I am burning? approx?

workout in the morning compared to the afternoon?
I usually put off getting on the treadmill until 2 pm or later. I have found that I feel so much better after I exercise so I should really make myself do it earlier. Im wondering, is it better for my metabolism to do it earlier than later? Or any other benefits of morn vs afternoon? THanks in advance!!

Treadmill
Hi Everyone, I am 45 and have 50 lbs min to lose. For exercise I have been using the treadmill. I do thirty minutes at a time, at least one time per day and sometime twice a day. I am getting more mileage in every time staying at 30 min but increasing my stride/speed. Also no incline at this point. Any suggestions?…

I like BEER!
Just wondering if there are any beer drinkers out there and how you drink and keep in line for your calorie intake? Exercise more? Eat less? Any tips? I dont drink every day but when I do, I dont want it to set me back for days either!!
