mine has to be chicken/pasta/bacon/onions/garlic/mushrooms/tomatoe/mango chutney/curry paste and low in cals as well

i an ment to be on 1200 cals but struggle with that so im having 1400 but do burn off 200 cals a day so i suppose thats the same how many off u are on 1200 t:drinker: hat are losing every week,i have a stone to lose and i am an ex ww so hope it works thanks
