Ilove the treadmill but no good on running on it yet

ww works ive lost 3 and half stone with them and still losing it doesnt feel like a diet like this as u do get a lot of 0 pp= weeklys you can have takeaways and wine and still lose its a liveable plan healthy eating plan for good not a diet

hi if u do more exercise u do need a lot more cals i have 1400 and do an hour a day on treadmill but can have more cals if need

i lost 3 and half stone on ww vintage points it works got to goal then pp came out didnt like it doing this u do get more to eat than ww as i have woked out my cals to points i have all new books if u want them good luck with what u decide

my target is to get back to goal i have just over a stone to go and if i have 1400 cals a day will that be enough.
