    Exercise is a very individual decision and may be different for everyone. The important thing to remember is to find a time that works for you, decide how many days a week you are going to exercise and commit to doing it, and find an exercise / program that you love so that you will stick with it. An hour per day sounds like a very good amount...as you go, you may decide to add or subtract time...or another type of exercise may require less time to burn the amount of calories you want to burn.

    my target is to get back to goal i have just over a stone to go and if i have 1400 cals a day will that be enough.
