i an ment to be on 1200 cals but struggle with that so im having 1400 but do burn off 200 cals a day so i suppose thats the same how many off u are on 1200 t:drinker: hat are losing every week,i have a stone to lose and i am an ex ww so hope it works thanks

As long as your net calories (calories consumed-calories burned) is close to 1200 you should definitely see good progress! I'm new to MFP but have been on the weigh loss path for over a year (using other sites). Welcome! Feel free to add me for advice/support!0
