Back on Track
I finally got back on track after a month of not concentrating this week. I also changed my goals to just a pound a week loss and counted 1500 cals a day instead of 1200. I am amazed and delighted to announce a 2.5 lb loss!!

Finally back on track!!!
After a month of half heartedly dieting I have finally gritted my teeth and got back both on track and on the scales!! How easy it is to neglect a diet and how hard it is to pick yourself up and start again! Still I have done it now and am newly motivated so here goes!
