Unsure of activity level
I just started back on EM2WL and I'm not sure what activity level I am at. I can't get over how great I feel!
I have been doing EMTWL for two weeks and MFP for a week before plus the Shred 5 days a week and I'm down 7 lbs (2 lbs on EMTWL) and 9.75 inches. I'm not grumpy from being starving all the time and have so much energy. I'm so very thankful for this new lifestyle!

New and still confused
My TDEE is 2409 and my BMR is 1559. How many calories should I be eating? I am 5'3, 182 lbs. and 39 years old. I have a desk job but started doing the 30 day shred on Monday. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
