I just recalculated mine with moderate activity and I'm 2481 so I have to up my eating to 1985 from 1760. It's hard to wrap your head around but I lost 27 lbs and over 20 inches when I did this in the past. I'm back at it again and am never leaving again :)

Thank you :) So should I skip the bike and just do the body weight training 3 days a week? What level do you think just the weight training is along with my usual walking?

I do it 5 days a week and am starting level 2 on Monday. I have had great success and feel much stronger and slimmer.

I'm currently 179 lbs and I'm eating 1800 calories daily. That is based on a 15% cut from scooby. I should mention that only 3 of those lbs came off during emtwl, the other 5 were my first week on mfp. I started April 26th and I am down 8lb and 15 inches so far. I'm not starving myself, I'm not depriving myself and after doing the shred for 25 days I feel so much stronger!

39, 5'3 182 lbs I work out 5 days a week just doing the shred so I chose light activity and eat about 1817 calories or slightly less. I'm not sure if it's high enough or not.

I upped my calories to 1817 from 1200 a few days ago and also am starving soon after eating. I chose light exercise because right now I am only doing the Shred Monday-Friday and casual walking on weekends. I'm 39, 40 in July. 5'3 and weigh 182 lbs.
