Eat BEFORE or AFTER exercise?
I do all my workouts in the evening (from 6pm onwards) and i've always had a debate as to whether I should eat before exercise, at about 4:30-5. or after, at about 8? I don't mind waiting till after exercise but I've always wondered if there's any nutritional difference?
