Should I INCREASE my calories?

I've got my settings at: Lose 2lbs a week. Sedentary. This puts my calorie allowance at 1400 which I tend to don't go over.
Two months ago I was on a low carb, low sugar diet so this is the first time I'm relying on MFP completely for my guidelines.

The first month I lost weight however this past month I haven't lost any weight at all. I haven't put any on but nothing has come off either. I was wondering if its because my calorie intake is too LOW? Should I increase it to 1600 for a week and see what happens? I just really don't want to increase my calorie levels and then put on weight... if that makes sense?
Any advice/tips would be amazing!!

Calculate and minus 10% ( that's about 1/2 pound a week, since you don't have much to lose and for a healthy loss) TDEE.

With only a few pounds left to lose, you should aim for 1/2 lb per week. Do you exercise, what are your stats and can you open your diary.
