I'm starting exercising from home, what I have is a cross trainer and 2x2kg weights. As I'm starting from doing no exercise I've created a small ''workout'' for me to do so I have some structure, this is....
6 minutes on the cross trainer, alternating between jogging and sprinting every 30 seconds.
10 half push ups
15 squats
15 butterfly exercises with the weights.
I do this twice through.
Is this an ok workout for someone who's new to exercise? I aim to increase the time/quantity every 2 weeks. I will do this 3 times a week! My main goal is to burn fat. Thank you for the help!! If you have any better workouts please feel free to link them!
