Just curious if anyone else does this? I have done it in the past but not since I've been exercising and watching what I eat. As long as I stay well hydrated, there shouldn't be any concerns...right?

snacks to pack?
just curious what you guys munch on during the day for a quick snack. i was gonna buy some things to prepack in little baggies in an attempt to preplan so i don't eat impulsively. i always default to fruits for snacks, but i want more variety and all can think of is almonds at the moment...any suggestions before i head to…

too few calories!
I'm having trouble meeting my calorie intake for the day. I was used to snacking all day, not eating much at all-just not healthy.
