So i've just bought some weights. Have some dumbbells and a barbell. Struggling to find an exercise which works my abs. Have tried things like the side bend but can't feel it doing anything... Anyone got any ideas? At the minute the only one I can feel is weighted crunch. Thanks :)
I just wondered if there are any ways to build muscles in the legs with dumbbells? All the articles i've seen include machines and things and i can't afford one or a gym membership. Obviously i know i can do things such as squats, step ups, etc.. but want to know if i can use dumbbells as more resistance and how? All help…
Hi, I've been losing weight and trying to tone up lots of areas of my body but particularly my abs. Lots of exercises say "straighten leg" or "put leg up straight"... But i can't. Mine won't go straight unless i'm standing. I also can't touch my toes without bending my knees.. Can barely get close! Has anyone else this/can…
