I just wondered if there are any ways to build muscles in the legs with dumbbells?
All the articles i've seen include machines and things and i can't afford one or a gym membership.
Obviously i know i can do things such as squats, step ups, etc.. but want to know if i can use dumbbells as more resistance and how?
All help appreciated!
Thanks

I use 20 pound ankle weights for each leg and do leg exercises. It works for me. :happy:0

Walking lunges and dead lifts can be used with dumb bells too.0

Also standing calf raises, other variations on squats like bulgarian split squats, and variations on deadlifts such as single leg stiff legged deadlifts0

Goblet squat0

When doing squats or lunges, hold weights in your hands or rest them on your shoulders.0
