Anyone else here have a deviated septum and find it truly hard to work out? Every time I get to breahting hard I go into panic mode because I feel like I can't get enough air. Fruit sugars
If I keep going over my sugar limit for the day but most of that sugar comes from fruit, is that still bad? Almost all of my sugar has come from fruit and today I am still -43 in sugars! Every time I get a craving I have a fruit instead of junk. Seems that the app lumps all sugar together. Confused.....
