Fruit sugars

If I keep going over my sugar limit for the day but most of that sugar comes from fruit, is that still bad? Almost all of my sugar has come from fruit and today I am still -43 in sugars! Every time I get a craving I have a fruit instead of junk. Seems that the app lumps all sugar together. Confused.....

Yes, it does lump them together, and yes, if you don't have a blood sugar problem like diabetes or hypoglycemia, you can ignore sugar. I prefer to track fiber. You can change which ones show up by clicking on "Food" > "Settings"0

Ok, good to know. I am not diabetic, not even close to it. I've been tested several times due to my food issues I am having. I have a hard time digesting foods and often get very bloated. I am under the care of a GI doctor and am hoping to get this issue sorted out. I haven't been able to lose any weight either, I am stalled at 180 lbs. I am 5' 9" and would like to get down to 150 lbs.0
