30DS... weekends off?
I started 30 day shred yesterday, and was wondering will it completely ruin the benefits if I miss out on saturday and sundays, and go back to it on Mondays? I go home to work at the weekend, and work the whole time, then travel back, so wont get a chance to do it! Opinions?
