Go to 'Goals' section. You'll see that even if you DO eat your excercise calories back, you still have a daily calorie deficit as calculated by MFP, so you are still burning calories on a daily basis so long as you stay within the limits on your daily food/excercise log. You can eat the number of calories that it shows…

Thank you so much! I can see the difference in pictures but the mirror is a different story. I am just getting impatient about getting into smaller clothes, coz the ones I'm wearing now are WAAAY to big for me, and I can't get into a size 12 (UK) yet. *grrrrr* But thank you. xx :flowerforyou:

I dont' either, and if I do it's very rarely. I'm still losing weight anyway! I think it just depends on your general activity level etc, and appetite! Just eat when hungry ( the right stuff) and you can't really go wrong. Good luck :) x

I started tonight, so anyone starting it that wants to add me please do! Found it tough going but I'd just done a 40min jog and the first 20 mins of Plyo-X.... I tend to mix it up a little too much lol x

Keep looking at pictures of yourself at your lightest, and root out some old clothes that you love that wont fit you anymore. I'm an apple too hun, and it's a pain in the bum. Nice and slim now up top and my legs too, but the mid section (love handles and belly) are proving to be a bit of a nightmare.
