I want to start the 30 day shred, I can't find it under exercise, how do I know how many calories I burn doing it do I wer a HRM I tried to find 30 day shred, 30 ds, everything under search exercise. No luck.
Is there anyone doing this workout and if so how do you count it as exercise, aerobics, walking etc. Any help would be appreciated, I bought it to do when I can't walk outside.
I just purchased the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and I know alot of you are using it. How do you list it in exercise, do you make a special exercise catagory and if so how do you figure the calories burned.
