I just purchased the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and I know alot of you are using it. How do you list it in exercise, do you make a special exercise catagory and if so how do you figure the calories burned.

I list it under circuit training and wear a heart rate monitor. The monitor and MFP are usually pretty close (within 10 calories). Enjoy!0

Haven't purchased a heart rate monitor yet, so I guess I would just plug in 30 minutes of circuit training?0

I log in most of her workouts as circuit training. Her 'yoga meltdown' I simply log in as 'yoga' lol0

I made my own exercised (named it 30 Day Shred, how original, lol..)but used the numbers from Circuit Training.0
