Help! Binged on 7 brownies!
So I had a really clean week, ate right, exercised. I was hanging out with some friends, one of them brought homemade brownies, so I thought "why not reward myself?" I ended up eating 7. I don't know why. Am I going to gain anything?? I'm going for hardcore exercise right now (at 11:30pm), will that be alright?

I upped my calorie intake & gained weight
For about 4 months I stayed around the 1200 mark, but people were saying I should eat more especially because I exercise and burn over 200 calories a day. On an average day I eat about 1300 calories and burn around 220. Everyone says you need to eat them back but is it *that* bad if I don't?

Can I have one "bad food" everyday and still lose weight?
Lets say I'm eating healthy, with everything being in the daily limitt (including calories, fats, carbs etc), can I still have a bad food? For example, I like to have two cups of black coffee a day.
