try flavoured tea or coffee, its usually what I have. They have chocolate flavoured tea, no calories.

Not for me... I enjoy working for myself and if I'm at home for more than 2 days at a time I get severely depressed...I'm not even joking

Lol I know I'm not going to get dramatic results in a week I just mean it;s weird how I haven't done anything except gain more even though I started working out and eating over 1500 calories less

Yeah I love quinoa as well. You can do so much with it! I usually just add tomatoes, avocado, and corn to it and add a bit of lime juice to it as well. I only became vegetarian as of January so I still have a lot to try. I haven't even had tofu yet haha.

For my halfway mark I will get a haircut and dye it a darker brown colour. When I reach my ultimate goal weight, I want to go on a jean shopping spree :)

Maybe it's just me, but I'm really lazy after running. I think most people do pilates after running, I do pilates then go for a run.

Typically I do 20-30 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes of cardio.

It's hard to talk in the morning. Or when you realize your brand new pack of cigarettes is empty in one night. No one ever told me why cigarettes are better when you're drunk. I don't smoke much at all, but they'll be gone quickly if I'm drinking.

I really didn't lose much, but I already notice that my clothes are looser around the thigh area. Also when my calves touch, it's muscle. Really weird feeling. I started this whole thing in May, and in the middle of June I noticed that my usually tighter clothes were more comfortable. Thank you running/pilates!
