How often / long do you workout?

    I haven't gotten the motivation to workout yet. I really don't like working out. Hopefully one day!

    Weight training: MWF for 45-70 minutes
    Cardio: 2-3 hours a week. Currently training for a 10 mile race so that will be on the higher side for awhile.

    Generally, though, I'm more active than I used to be. A lot more walks with the family and dog, bike rides, hikes, etc.

    Tues/Thurs/Sun - 60 min of Cardio @ gym (elliptical/treadmill/arc trainer/bike)
    Sat - 30 min of Cardio/Yoga @ home (Wii fit)

    Rest days- Mon, Wed, Fri but thinking about making one of those days a workout day

    Mon / Wed / Fri - 60 min workout with trainer. (mandatory)
    Tues / Thurs - Bonus Days. 30 mins Cardio when / if possible.
    Sat / Sun - no workouts

    Man, you folks are making me feel lazy! I usually work out for an hour (weights and cardio combined) twice a week. Sometimes I'll join my wife for a night of 30 Day Shred or Ripped In 30 to do something extra and change things up a bit. But for the most part, I hate exercise - I only do it because I like the results... ha.

    Right now I am doing cardio 60 min 5 days a week to jumpstart the weight loss and have worked my way up t that over the last three weeks. I have consulted with a trainer and will be incorporating strength training into the routine next week.

    I do the 30ds twice a day with 5lb weights duriing the week.Then on the weekend i go to the gym on the treadmill for 60 mins. Intil kids go back to school then Im going to the gym all the time.

    Weights: 45 mins 3 mornings a week
    Bike Ride: 60 mins 2 mornings a week

    30- 60 minutes of cardio: 7days/week

    60-90 minutes of walking/jogging : 7days /week

    15- 30 minutes of strength training: 3 days/week

    Finding it difficult to have a complete day of rest right now until I shed the last stubborn 15 lbs.

    Six times a week...
    I'm just starting so my cardio isn't that impressive but I'd like to work up to an hour. :)

    M,W,F, 4 mile walk (77 min.), 30 min. on bike and 30 min. weights
    T. TH. , 4 mile walk and 30 min. on bike
    Sat & Sun. 3 to 4 mile walk depending on how lazy I feel.

    I work out approximately 3-4 days/week depending how I feel. Generally I get 3 days of strength training which is about 30 minutes and I do about 40 min of cardio.

    Everyday for about 35 minutes to 3 hours depending on whether it's just a running day, just a cycling day, both or I'm cycling a long distance.

    I try to do about 50 minutes of cardio & 30 minutes of lifting every other day. It usually ends up being only 3 days a week but it works for me! On the days I'm not at the gym, I try and do something physical...even if its only a walk around the apartment complex with my dog
