Fitbit doesn’t sync correctly
I have issues with my Versa 2 not syncing with the MFP app. I have to manually take the Fitbit off my account and readd it every day and even then I have to do that several times for it to even register correctly. Sometimes it still won’t and I just give up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you eat your exercise calories?
Are you supposed to eat your exercise calories? I usually get 10000+ steps a day. So at the end of the day, I have around 600-1200 calories left (most of which are exercise calories. Do I need to eat some of them back? Will it hurt me if I do?

Low carb (not Keto) diet anyone?
Does anyone do a low carb diet? Not keto, though. I tried that and I was only averaging around 500-600 calories a day. Which is way too low. How many carbs do you eat per day? How about calories?

I am very discouraged!
I have not been doing so well here lately. I haven't visited this site in weeks. I have a very supportive friend, but we live far apart and it is not as easy to stay on track as it would be if she lived near me. I just feel like a complete failure. :( Anyone ever feel this way?

Hello all. I have tried everything I can think of to lose weight but to no success.
