  • I normally do one of the 30 minute programs on the Beachbody app but I had to work today so I didn’t get to do that. I went outside and jogged/walked at a brisk pace for about 45 minutes while my kids played.
  • I got 1218 exercise calories today, according to my Fitbit. MFP says I should eat 1540 calories. I have eaten 1842. So it says I have 960 calories left. I think I can manage eating back half. Thanks!
  • Okay. Thanks for letting me know. What if I can’t eat all of them? 600-1200 calories at the end of the day (after eating all my meals and snacks) is hard sometimes. Will it hurt if I don’t eat them?
  • Yay for Gingers! We are awesome! ^.^ Congrats! You have worked very hard for this! You said this was your original goal. Do you have different goals now? Are you going to continue at maintenance or do you plan to lose more or build muscle?
  • I have PCOS. I was diagnosed at age 14 (25 now). It has been extremely hard for me to lose weight. This time has been the most successful I have been with weight loss. The key for me is exercise. I try to exercise every morning before work. I do not take any medicine for it. I do, however, take something as an appetite…
  • Hello all. I have a slightly smaller goal by the end of the year (60 lbs) but I have an overall goal of 140 lbs. Does that count? xD Anyone feel free to add me. I am not new to MFP but I am new to the forums. :) We can do this!
  • I wake up at 4:30 am and go to the gym every morning before work at 7:30 (I usually get there around 5 and stay until 6-6:15). I have been doing this for about three or so months now. At first, it was really hard to force myself out of bed. I would always have to keep reminding myself why I needed to do it. I have a 'goal…
  • It is good to keep the end results in sight but try to focus on the journey right now. My dad always said this to me whenever I began on a long term goal. "Long term goals are like taking a vacation to a far away place. You have to realize your ending point to know how far you need to go. What is more important, though, is…
  • Adipex is definitely not worth it. I never had a problem with my blood pressure in my entire life. I tried adipex for one week and my blood pressure went up 20+ in that short amount of time. I know everyone is different when it comes to medicine but it was enough for me. I know it was said before, but good ole exercise and…
  • Awesome NSV's everyone! :)
  • It is interesting to see that most of the women that have replied have said that women have it worse. I think anyone that is overweight has it worse. Ridicule is not sexist. Most women are subjective in their thinking about this. It's the case of "I am a woman so of course my gender has it worse." In reality, that is not…
  • There will be days when you feel like you failed horribly. You will probably (in your mind) eat too much, exercise too little, and feel miserable. There will be days when you feel like you did amazing. I have those days as well, especially when I first started on my journey. I would "screw up" a day and feel so frustrated…
  • Senior here! Woop woop!!! I never gained the Freshman 15. It was well into my Sophomore year before I actually gained. Sadly, I have a lot since then. But that is why I am here after all. Anyone feel free to add me. :)
  • Thanks. I will definitely check that link out.
  • Is the schedule on http://www.coolrunning.com/cgi-bin/moxiebin/bm_tools.cgi?print=181;s=2_3;site=1 just an example schedule?
  • Free? You totally have my interest! I would love to do C5K but I do not have a job at the moment so that is probably not going to happen.
  • Thank you very much. I do, too! (Obviously!) :) I have heard a few people talk about the Couch to 5K. How was it?
  • My fiance just recently got me into MtG. I play using a black/white deck. Surprisingly, it seems to work for me. I do not really have anyone to play with besides my fiance and his friends, but they live 90+ miles away. :(

  • Amazing job! You do look like a totally different person. :) By the way, I love the skirt/hoodie outfit! :D
  • First of all, a man should respect a woman and vice versa. If he isn't going to respect you, then you don't need him. Relationships aren't supposed to be like that. I was in a bad relationship once. It took me a LONG time to figure out that it wasn't right. After I did, I was better off. The guy constantly called me fat.…
  • Way to go! Keep up the fantastic work! Now I must ask, do you really smuggle puppies? xD
  • You look amazing! Keep up the fantastic work! You sounded like Wow Wow Wubbzy. :D
  • My mom bought the 5 mile one and I bought...I think it was a 3 mile one. Needless to say, we both prefer the 5 mile one. Leslie is a very motivating person. I love her! :) We always just put it on the 5 mile and go as far as we can and then stop. It works for us.
  • It basically means talk about nothing in particular. Just chatting. Nah. Sleep and I do not get along very well. xD
  • Ocarina of Time X 56000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 :D Majora's Mask was good as well. Super Mario 64 is also good. Destruction Derby was very fun.
  • It can totally work. My fiance and I are both gamers. I love console games (especially my Zelda <3), whereas he loves computer games (WoW, Diablo III, etc...) It *mostly* works out for us. I will admit that sometimes I get a bit jealous of his computer time. xD But we work it out in the end. :)
  • You killed my father. Prepare to die. I had to finish it. xD
  • Hello guys. My name is Tiffany. I am 22 years old. I haven't lost any yet but I am hopeful. :) The Legend of Zelda are my favorite games ever! I have played all of them. My favorite has to be Ocarina of Time. :D Anyone else like LoZ?
  • Thank you guys. I am going to hit up a GNC and see what I can come up with. :)
  • Hello all. I am glad to see that there are others around my age that are on here. Anyone can add me. I need friends and motivation as well. :)
