CARBS and PROTEIN
i am under on calories and fat today but -20 on both my protein and carbs. Can someone tell me what this means and is it important? I really want to do this. will it sabotage my weight loss? I am on 1200 cals. thanks in advance

Water Retention
I suffer badly from this and not for any apparent reason. does anyone else suffer from this or does anyone know anything i should try to stay away from or can try to help?? my ankles regularly disappear and obviously this impacts my weight. please help x

JUST STARTED HERE!
:smile: Hi Everyone I have just started up. Have been at weight watchers but despite sticking to it the past couple of weeks have put on half pound each week so clearly something not working. I tracked like a mofo and exercised :( I reckon fruit and veg need to be tracked along with everything else so here i am hoping this…
