CARBS and PROTEIN

i am under on calories and fat today but -20 on both my protein and carbs. Can someone tell me what this means and is it important? I really want to do this. will it sabotage my weight loss? I am on 1200 cals.

    Wait a minute. You think that 20~+/- macros are going to sabotage your weight loss? As long as your calories are under your goal then you're fine.

    oh thanks dagoth - i just wasnt sure. i saw the red minus figures and thought it may mean something??

    It means that you are over the default settings for those nutrients, but it doesn't mean that you *will* gain weight. I believe you can go into my home>goals and adjust your macros so things are the way you want them to be...

    However, make sure you are getting all 1,200 calories per day. That is the minimum RDA.

    i was only 11cals under. couldnt think of anything to make that up :)
