JUST STARTED HERE!

:smile: Hi Everyone

I have just started up. Have been at weight watchers but despite sticking to it the past couple of weeks have put on half pound each week so clearly something not working. I tracked like a mofo and exercised :(

I reckon fruit and veg need to be tracked along with everything else so here i am hoping this will be the key. So i just have to eat the calories that have been allocated to me right and track every little morsel that enters my body!

i am looking to lose about 28 pounds and would like some friends so we can motivate each other and have a moan if needed. Please add me.

Just trying to figure out how this all works :)
